Through On Track’s tailored professional development programs, educators will be supported to enable all children within their class to succeed in their learning and development. Our highly experienced team will work collaboratively to support and provide practical skills that complement your learning environments and support all students to lead productive and positive lives.

All our training is relevant to both educators and children’s learning needs and uses an experiential learning model where participants are given the opportunity to deeply engage in hands on activities that are tailored to individual classrooms and challenges that teachers face working with students who have additional needs in a mainstream setting.

What will educators gain?

The transdisciplinary approach to delivery is one of the most significant points of difference for professional development delivery. On Track provides a one stop shop of professionals for educators to access and will support teachers and extensively contribute to educators knowledge of how to design and implement teaching activities that support the learning and participation of their own learners.

Having access to psychologists, speech pathologists, paediatricians, teachers and occupational therapists that work collaboratively will enable the combined knowledge of these professionals to impart expertise across developmental domains with the understanding of operational requirement and pedagogical parameters of educational settings.

What will parents gain?

Further develop understanding of their own child and child development.
Regular opportunity to liaise with professionals about their child.
The opportunity to be part of a highly inclusive group that embraces differences and diversity. The group processes are based on the differing needs of these children.
